My name is Avery Ward, I am a thought leader and trend seeker. I’ve been a team player since I was a young child. Growing up playing sports initially sparked my passion in health and fitness. My life experiences participating in clubs, playing sports, working part-time jobs and internships have evolved my teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills. During my time at UNC-Chapel Hill I discovered my love for communication and innovation. From there, I decided to major in public relations and advertising after I took my first media and journalism class at UNC. I hope to work in communications after college and bring these skill sets that my experiences have given me into the workforce.
